The 1982 year batch of the Osei Kyeretwie Senior High School (Ahenemma Global) has made a significant contribution to their alma mater by taking the initiative to construct a 20-unit toilet facility and a borehole on campus. This noble act came in response to the school’s appeal to the old student association for assistance in providing adequate restroom facilities for the students and staff. The 1982-year group, recognizing the importance of this need, proactively undertook the responsibility to address the challenge and make a positive impact on the school community. Their dedication and commitment have resulted in the realization of this important facility for the benefit of the school.
During the handover ceremony of the facility to the school, Mr. Ernest Owusu Ansah, the President of the Old Students Association (Ahenemma Global), expressed his gratitude to the 1982-year group for their generous contribution towards the construction of this monumental edifice. He also urged other year groups to follow their example and contribute to the school’s development in a similar manner.
Ms. Juliana Krobea Asante, on behalf of the headmaster and the entire school community, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the old student’s association for their generous donation. She assured the association that the facility would be utilized for its intended purpose to benefit all members of the school community.
Additionally, the year group contributed 500 copies of diverse books to the school library, encompassing subjects such as biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics, psychology, arts, business, and novels among others. The student leadership conveyed their sincere appreciation for the thoughtful gesture and pledged to make effective use of these invaluable resources for research and studies.
