The Confederation of African Athletics (CAA) Region II U-18 and U-20 Championship was held from 19th to 21st May 2022. The competition had 10 West African countries participating, including the host country, Ghana.
Two student athletes from OKESS were included in the Ghanaian contingent who represent the country at Cape Coast, the venue of the competition. These students were Emmanuel Kweku Agyemang and Mathew Damal who took part in the U-18 category. Emmanuel who participated in the 400m placed 2nd (silver medalist) in the finals making Ghana and his school proud. Congratulations Emmanuel Kweku Agyemang.
